Why not Join Us:

We welcome anyone who is interested in becoming a member of the choir, we just ask for three major attributes: Male, Love of Singing, Sense of fun.

We meet every Tuesday evening at Springwood School 7.00pm – 9.00 pm. With an annual subscription fee of £30.

The Choir has a wide-ranging and varied programme of music, to suit all tastes.
The Choir performs in four voice sections: 1st and 2nd Tenor, Baritone and Bass.
The Musical Director can advise you on your voice range and allocate you into the relevant section for your voice pitch.

There is not a requirement to be able to read music but that you are able to respond to simple instructions from the musical team and that you are willing to develop an “ear for music”, how long to hold notes etc. Regular attendances at rehearsals will always help plus the aid of tapes/CD’s for use at home.

You will be made very welcome but you might like to come along to our rehearsal one evening and just sit, listen or you can even join in!
